Thermo Chiller (TCU)

Environmentally-friendly injection moulding solution: Water-cooled thermal chiller featuring integrated free cooling and options for single or dual zones.

Our TST series Thermo-chiller provides precise temperature control for moulds, enhancing cooling cycle efficiency. Our TCU utilises the eco-friendly refrigerant gas R513A and are designed with integrated free cooling to maximise energy conservation. Configuration options include single or dual zones, along with P4 (standard) or P6 (optional) high-flow pumps. Temperature regulation for each zone is achieved through a 3-way valve and a heating resistor.

The TST series of TCU is available in 8 sizes, ranging from TST8 to TST60, offering cooling capacities from 8 to 60 kW. The operating range with pure water extends from 5°C to 90°C. It ensures precise control of outlet water temperature with an accuracy of +/- 1.5°c.
