Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers

Some models of our shell and tube Heat Exchangers are readily available for immediate delivery, featuring flanged connections and an all-stainless steel construction. These heat exchangers are renowned for their proven reliability and durability, providing trouble-free operation during their service life. They are particularly well-suited for steam and CIP heating applications where stainless steel materials are essential. 

These heat exchangers are designed to handle a maximum working temperature of 205°C, with a 16 bar rating for both the shell and tubes. Their compact design ensures that they provide a large amount of heat transfer area while occupying minimal space. The inner tubes are corrugated, and they are wound spirally to optimize the available shell space. The spring formation allows for free expansion and contraction without the need for integral expansion bellows.
