The consultants we employ are highly skilled snd experienced the subject matter, we do not focus purely on the technical implementation of ERP systems but also pay a major consideration to the impact changes in process, technology and procedure will have on our clients.

Migration

TriSolve has significant experience of both managing and performing data migrations from a variety of legacy systems into the Oracle e-Business suite. Some recent examples include the migration of General Ledger data from systems such as SAP, SAGE,Coda and Walker into Oracle (up to R12). Our services will typically include:

• providing design input into the new "target" GL chart of accounts;
• assisting with the mapping of old to new accounts;
• designing control reports and reconciliation processes for data transfer;
• building new Operational, Statutory and Regulatory reports;
• performing the extraction of data (from legacy systems) and loading into Oracle (both balances and detailed transactions);
• liaising with external auditors and gaining sign off for data migration process;
• identifying and implementing changes to existing interfaces from operational/admin feeder systems that will now be feeding data into Oracle, and possibly receiving feeds from Oracle;
• training staff on using the new Oracle system, and understanding the accompanying processes;
• designing and implementing archiving solutions for accessing historic data;
