TriSolve has recently led the successful migration of a large East Midlands based NHS Primary Care Trust into NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS). The project involved providing client-side project management services to the Trust as they moved their key financial , procurement and payroll (ESR) functions into NHS SBS. TriSolve also provided additional training for i-procurement users, with over 400 staff attending training sessions on raising and approving requisitions and invoices. We also provided assistance and support as the organisation performed a ledger separation of their Commissioning and Provider arms.
