TriSolve Cost Improvement Programme (CIP)
TriSolve have developed a sophisticated monitoring and reporting tool for Cost Improvement at one of our NHS Foundation Trust clients.
The CIP tool provides a robust process of monitoring and reporting on CIP schemes, providing clear visibility to all stakeholders on progress of individual schemes, by Directorate (Division) or for the wider Trust. The processes and dashboards provide a visibility for Trust Senior Management to make informed decisions on CIP schemes that have a positive or neutral impact on the quality of care provided to their patients.
The tools and processes coupled with a robust, but flexible governance structure, implemented by TriSolve, has enabled our clients to achieve CIP targets in these times of austerity.
